Kazuto Ishikawa "Hi, I'm Kazuto Ishikawa."

2025.3.1 Sat - 3.15 Sat

Exhibition title:

"Hi, I'm Kazuto Ishikawa."

Exhibit Statement:

"Kazuto Ishikawa's work combines digital and analog techniques.

His works are characterized by vivid, transparent colors that are born by chance and hazy expressions.

This raises questions about the relationship between information and individuals in modern society, as well as the nature of identity.

More than just photographs, they contain deep insight into today's information-overloaded society.

His works, which combine beauty and message, leave a strong impression on viewers,

It makes us think about 'existence' and 'memory' in the modern world."

The above sentence is a message generated by AI.

Artificial intelligence, which is increasingly used in modern society, is developed through technology.

By generating and imitating text and images in large quantities, a new world is beginning to take shape.

We experience it through various screens and feel as if it is there.

However, I question the certainty of that world, turn my gaze towards it photographically, and give form to reality through my actions.
